Warehouse Forklift Operator (1st Shift)

Hours:

5:00am – 1:00pm, Monday – Friday Starting Pay: $21.69/hour

• Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize medical equipment.
• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and care.
• Perform inventory checks and keep the warehouse organized.
• Work closely with the logistics team to improve shipping processes.

• Forklift operation experience (preferred but not required; we will train you).
• Familiarity with order picking and packing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand, walk, bend for up to 8 hours.
• Basic tech skills with tablets, scanners, and monitors.
• Positive, team‑player attitude and strong communication skills.

• Forklift Operation & Safety – safe handling and control of forklifts, safety procedures for medical equipment.
• Order Picking & Packing – accurate and efficient order selection, use of order sheets and electronic systems.
• Inventory Management – regular inventory counts and stock tracking, identify and resolve inventory issues.
• Warehouse Layout & Organization – familiarity with warehouse zones and workflow, best practices for maintaining an organized space.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance – packaging and quality standards for medical equipment, regulatory and policy compliance procedures.
