Position Overview:
This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment both at customer sites and in-house. You'll be the technical expert our clients rely on, ensuring their systems run reliably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues accurately.
• Provide technical support and training via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Service and repair retail scales, wrappers, and food packaging/processing equipment.
• Assist with equipment integration using basis IT and networking skills (routers, LANs, wireless access).
• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain company vehicle, laptop, and spare parts inventory.
• Deliver outstanding customer service across a diverse client base.

• Strong technical aptitude in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Clear, confident communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accredited HS Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of food equipment service experience or similar technical field.
• Prior experience servicing food equipment.
• 3+ years of hands-on electrical/mechanical work.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 50-75 lbs with or without assistance.
• Drive 2-5 hours/day and walk 1-3 miles/day.
• Kneel, squat, bend, push/pull as needed.
• Work in varied conditions (heat, cold, wet, noisy environments).
• Available for overtime and on-call duty.
