JOB REQUIREMENTS:

This role entails reading books, offering back scratches, and plenty of laughs. Collaboration with the family will be key to implementing and maintaining best practices. Once comfortable, a nice walk to the park with chewy fidgets in tow to swing on the swings nearby would make for a great afternoon!

Please note that this is a dog-friendly home.

Hours:

Saturday anytime or Sunday afternoon, 4 Hour shift (Flexible)

• Personal care assistance (Toileting, changing as needed).
• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Maintain self-regulation and redirection as needed if behaviors are present.
• Experience with seizures and administering medication (if needed), training will be provided.
• Patience and understanding with communication done with AAC Device.

• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are mandatory.
• Candidates must be able to pass a Wisconsin caregiver background check.
• A genuine enjoyment of working in the special needs Community
  .
• Previous Professional Experience In Caregiving Is Required, with a preference for those with backgrounds in ABA therapies, paraprofessional roles, educational support, behavioral techs, childcare, and similar fields.
