Leads financial operations within a global manufacturing organization. Responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, treasury, tax oversight, and internal controls while ensuring compliance with international reporting standards and corporate accounting policies. • Oversee financial reporting, general accounting, and monthly close processes for multiple U.S. entities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate accounting policies, and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Manage functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash applications, and general ledger activities.
• Lead treasury operations, including cash management and alignment with global treasury practices.
• Oversee U.S. tax compliance, audits, and coordination with external advisors.
• Coordinate external audits and resolve accounting issues with auditors and corporate finance teams.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to regional accounting teams across multiple locations.
• Drive process improvements, system implementations, and operational efficiencies within the finance function.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience within an international or multi-entity environment.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and multinational accounting frameworks.
• Proficiency with ERP and financial reporting systems
