Assistant Controller - Hybrid

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll lead core accounting functions, strengthen internal controls, and ensure clean, timely, audit‑ready financials.

• Own the monthly close and deliver financial reports within five business days
• Reconcile Trial Balance accounts and prepare key financial statements
• Provide clear, actionable reporting to support leadership decisions
• Lead the annual audit and maintain full compliance
• Reconcile perpetual inventory and improve inventory processes
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies quickly

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/MBA/CMA preferred or in progress
• 10+ years in accounting/finance, including leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of reporting, audits, and reconciliations
• Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (Acumatica a plus)
• Exceptional accuracy, communication skills, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
