Position Overview
The City of Neenah is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Civil Engineer focusing on traffic engineering. The Public Works Civil Engineer is responsible for performing a wide range of civil and traffic engineering tasks, including traffic studies, managing traffic signal operations, evaluating parking needs, and designing utilities and streets. The position reports to the Director of Public Works.
Key Responsibilities- Designs, plans, and manages contracts for street construction.
- Designs, plans, and manages the city’s sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems.
- Designs, plans, and manages traffic signal, signing, pavement marking, and parking infrastructure.
- Conduct site surveys using GPS, collect data, install stakes, and prepare construction plans using CAD. Update GIS utility records.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology. - Other
:
Valid driver's license. Engineer-in-Training Certificate within 6 months of hire.
- Full Salary Range
: $63,297.00-$90,460.60 with an expected hiring range of $63,297.00-$75,660.00 depending on qualifications. - The City of Neenah offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
