Teller, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Overview

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We currently have a career opportunity at our Neenah branch for a Part-Time Teller. The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently.
• Assisting members with problem resolution.
• Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate.

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus; previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills.
• Ideal candidates will have flexible availability including Saturdays and be passionate about member/customer service, thriving in a team- and results-oriented environment.

Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:30pm;
Sat 9:00am–12:00pm.
