**** Purpose Statement:
**** The Quality Director - Manufacturing supports the strategic planning, development, execution and compliance of Plexus’ corporate Quality Management System (QMS) to all applicable quality regulations and standards. To differentiate Plexus from the competition, the Quality Director helps creates a culture of quality and builds customer confidence by leading Plexus’ quality and regulatory teams and collaborating across the enterprise in order to ensure Plexus delivers defect free designs and products.
**** Key Job Accountabilities:****
* ** Leadership and Strategic Direction:
** Define Regional strategies to align quality processes, organizational capability and culture to consistently meet or exceed customer needs.  Build collaborative relationships with internal and external customers. Drive and coordinate initiatives with Global Process Owners and Site Quality managers to support alignment of core quality processes at the regional sites.
* ** Evaluation and Execution:
** Provide direction to Quality Managers using metrics and data analysis in order to identify and deploy best practices and drive continuous improvement.  In addition, help develop and upgrade Quality site talent to ensure success.
* ** Zero Defect:
** Define strategy and execution to drive towards achieving Zero Defects by defining and implementing the strategy for the site Quality Team to ensure products manufactured meet or exceed customer requirements and applicable regulatory or international standard.
* ** Continuous Improvement:
