The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level.

Salary Range: $85,100.00 - $

Supply Chain Solutions - Sourcing:
Responsible for negotiating lowest total cost of ownership, terms for assigned commodities. Support sites in achieving customer satisfaction with associated cost, quality, delivery, and working capital.

• Obtain clear, detailed understanding of proposal strategy and communicate with the Commodity Team. Manage quotation requests with appropriate suppliers to ensure industry competitive component pricing within the requested time frame.
• Understand the marketplace and maintain knowledge of the key suppliers and manufacturers.
• Participate in Executive Proposal Review to address any materials related questions and/or concerns. Present professional approach to suppliers as required during the quotation process.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key manufacturers and matrix suppliers to ensure Plexus Corporation receives registered and/or contracted pricing for all applicable components.

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.

• Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
