Overview

North Hill – Line Cook th Hill is home to three on-campus restaurants, including a newly renovated fine dining venue. We’re looking for talented Line Cooks to join our culinary team. If you love cooking great food, working in a supportive, fast-paced kitchen, and want your work to truly matter, this is the place for you.

Schedule and location details:
Day and early-evening shifts; two days off per week.

Location:

Needham.

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals across diverse menus, including special diets.
• Help create memorable dining experiences for residents every day.
• Bring skills, teamwork, and passion for food to a kitchen that values balance, respect, and life outside of work.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant and/or hospitality industry
• Serve Safe Certification
• Sanitation/HAACP Certification (nice to have)
• Culinary Degree preferred or equivalent experience
