Job Description:
• Perform clinical triage and respond to patient inquiries over the phone.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and manage administrative clinical workflows.
• Provide patient education and ensure appropriate follow-up care.
• Support providers in care coordination and quality initiatives.
• Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to team-based care delivery.
• Occasionally assist with direct patient care when needed.
Qualifications:
• MA RN License
