We are hiring an Events Associate for our client to support a growing U.S. events and marketing function. This role is ideal for a highly organized, energetic professional with early-career marketing or events experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.
This position works in parallel with the marketing team, supporting event execution while partnering closely with sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders. The role reports into senior marketing leadership and works day-to-day with an experienced Events Manager.
What You’ll DoSupport planning and execution of U.S.
-based regional events, trade shows, and meetingsCoordinate logistics including vendor communication, materials management, shipping, and onsite support
Assist with event timelines, checklists, and post-event follow-up
Track leads, engagement metrics, and assist with basic ROI reporting
Attend events as required to support execution (limited weekend work expected)
Work closely with the marketing team to align events with broader marketing initiatives
Support event-related marketing efforts such as invitations, email coordination, and social media collaboration
Ensure consistent messaging and professional representation across all events
Track event budgets and expenses; assist with reconciliations and reporting
Maintain calendars, documentation, and internal communications related to events
Support internal team activities and company-sponsored events as needed
Partner with internal teams to help streamline event processes and improve efficiencies
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
A strong communicator and confident writer who enjoys working with many stakeholders
Comfortable collaborating with sales teams, vendors, and internal leadership
Professional, personable, and motivated to build strong working relationships
Someone who enjoys being part of a team and showing great reliability and follow-through
Required:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Events, or related field)
1–2 years of relevant experience (internships welcome) in marketing & events
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to attend events and travel domestically 2–3 times per year (expenses covered)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Adobe
Experience supporting events, trade shows, or hospitality-based programs
Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar), event platforms, or survey tools
Experience working with sales or cross-functional teams
