The Associate is crucial in supporting internal account teams across a variety of back‑end marketing execution and operational processes. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to develop expertise in digital or affiliate marketing, with potential for career growth within the organization.
Responsibilities- Provide account updates to a client’s growing publisher base, evaluating performance and making recommendations for future investments.
- Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to identify and troubleshoot complex program management and technical challenges.
- Ensure accurate execution and timeliness of internal and client deliverables.
- Use client and network data to craft clear, impactful stories for clients.
- Recruit, manage, and develop publisher relationships, communicating expectations and sharing standard processes.
- Increase advertisers’ affiliate investment effectiveness by building and interpreting program performance data.
- Coordinate and communicate with media buyers and planners to implement media plans, managing budget allocation and ensuring implementation of media.
- Build relationships with long‑tail publishers to foster long‑term success.
- Use CJ tools and reporting suites proactively to identify data‑based publisher fits for clients.
- Assist in affiliate marketing campaign execution, asset management, and campaign communication.
- Support campaign support, payout management, and partnerships for internal account teams.
- Collaborate closely with account management, media investment, and technical support teams to ensure seamless task execution and timely deliverables.
- Leverage internal and external marketing platforms and technology to complete campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.
- Passion for providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Drive to succeed.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team to solve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Respectful of varying opinions and perspectives.

Compensation Range$49,305 – $68,530 annually. The Company may modify this range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible for participation in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan and 401(k) plan upon reaching eligibility criteria.
