We are seeking a highly experienced Power Washing Crew Chief who can run a truck like it’s their own business.

If you are a skilled commercial pressure washing or window washing professional with leadership experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage a crew independently — we want to talk to you.

This role is for someone who takes pride in operational excellence, efficiency, and delivering premium results to commercial clients.

• Run and maintain a fully equipped commercial pressure washing truck
• Lead and develop a 2–4 person crew
• Execute large-scale commercial jobs (Apartment complexes, HOAs, retail centers, hotels)
• Manage chemical mixes, soft wash systems, and hot water units
• Ensure OSHA-compliant safety practices
• Maintain production pace while upholding high quality standards
• Communicate directly with property managers and commercial clients
• Track job completion, materials usage, and equipment condition

• 3+ years commercial pressure washing and/or window washing experience
• Proven leadership or foreman experience
• Experience operating hot water and soft wash systems
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to manage jobs without constant supervision
• Professional communication skills with commercial clients
