Senior Director, Global Business Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Global Business Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Location:

Needham, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $217,500 – $333,500 annually.

• Shape and communicate future‑state operating models aligned with corporate strategy
• Advise executive leadership on performance improvement levers and resource allocation
• Translate strategic goals into measurable programs and execution plans
• Establish enterprise‑wide rhythms reinforcing accountability and rapid decision‑making
• Lead initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
• Facilitate cross‑functional sessions to resolve priority challenges
• Design KPI frameworks and continuous improvement structures

• 12+ years in business transformation or similar roles
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑scale initiatives with quantifiable results
• Strong financial acumen in translating P L drivers to operational levers
• Expertise in KPI design and performance governance
• Experience in automation, AI, and digital transformations preferred
• Exceptional communication and executive presence skills
• Consumer products experience advantageous
