The Paid Social  Specialistrolewill playan importantrolein the day-to-day strategy andexecutionof ourmediainvestment,focused on delivering revenue growth for DTC.This is a performance-based role, where you will be tasked with finding where to spend the next best dollarandproving out efficiency through sound measurement principles.

Experience media-buying directly onsocial platforms isa must.

• Leads on day-to-day activation, optimization, and performance in-platform and with agency against DTC category revenue and forecast
• Support the paid social strategy within each brand, customizing based on the category’sfull funnelactivationand DTCrevenue needs
• Assistinpaid socialinvestmentgrowthbyidentifyingnewopportunities,provingrevenueefficiency, and advocating forthe channel
• Responsible for brand and category reporting on weekly basis and as ad hoc deliverables are requested, sharing cross-functionally on a regular cadence
• Partner with creative teams to produce high-impact, platform-specific content that drivesrevenueefficiently
• End-to-end creative process management such as briefing, feedback, legal approvals, trafficking, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with
  
  DTCteamson promotional periods, SKU assortment, andsite changes
• Worksand communicates closely with Manager on day-to-day deliverables
• Monitor competitor channel activity, spend, and creative to inform our strategy
• QA'ing agency work, ensuring accuracy and excellence in execution

• 1-2 yearsof priorpaid social buying directly in platform, brand- oragency-side, Meta and Tik Tok experience preferred
• E-commerce or B2C experience media experience preferred
• Foundational experience with data manipulation in Exceland data dashboards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Foundational understanding of theperformancemedia landscape and total marketing mix
• Excellent communication skills, withtheability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
• Thrives ina fast-paced environment, prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team and as a self-starter, owning a task from start to finish

The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
