Shark Ninja is expanding its creator commerce capability — focused on turning creator-led storytelling into measurable business impact across retail and ecommerce. Creators are no longer just awareness drivers. At Shark Ninja,

This role supports the execution and optimization of creator commerce programs across key moments, platforms, and retail environments — helping ensure strong creator content doesn’t stop at engagement, but translates into performance outcomes. Execute & Optimize Creator Commerce Programs

• Execute creator commerce initiatives tied to launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
• Identify and support creators with strong commerce potential
• Optimize creator content for performance and scalability

Support Affiliate & Performance Capabilities

• Operate within affiliate and creator commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Associates, Impact, LTK)
• Monitor links, commissions, and performance trends
• Flag high-performing content and opportunities for amplification

Measure Impact & Share Insights

• Track performance across clicks, conversion, and revenue influence
• Maintain reporting that demonstrates business impact
• Share insights to inform future creator, content, and commerce strategies

• Creator-led programs delivering measurable performance outcomes
• Strong execution across priority retail and ecommerce moments
• Clear visibility into what content and creators convert
• Playbooks and best practices that can be scaled over time

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships
• Comfortable executing in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
• Strong attention to detail with a performance mindset
• Data-curious and eager to learn what drives conversion
• Passionate about creators, culture, and commerce

The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
