We’re looking for a curious, motivated Consumer Insights Analysts to join our fast-paced team in the future! This is not a current opening however we are eager to find upcoming talent!

In this role, you’ll help bring the consumer voice into every stage of product development—supporting research design, analyzing consumer data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into action.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in leading the development and execution of robust qualitative and quantitative research plans to uncover consumer needs, category trends, and whitespace opportunities that inform product innovation and business strategy.
  • Help develop and masters an understanding of research tools, knowing when each is applicable or new methods are needed—including surveys, discussion guides, and stimuli—while managing both internal and external research partners to ensure high-quality, timely insights.
  • Translate complex consumer feedback into clear, compelling insights and recommendations that influence product roadmaps, positioning strategies, and experience design.
  • Identify emerging consumer behaviors and latent needs through primary and secondary research, connecting these to broader cultural and category trends to proactively shape early-stage product concepts.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Product Development, Marketing, and Design teams—contributing to cross-functional planning, insight activation workshops, and go-to-market development.
  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work streams and mentoring junior team members to elevate the overall impact of the insights function.

  • Proficiency with consumer insight methodologies across Qualitative and Quantitative fields, with thought leadership to design new/creative methodologies to advance insights
  • Demonstrates empathy and patience to adapt style to his/her audience.
  • Attention to details and able to grasp the big picture.
  • Adept at presenting complex findings in an easy to understand and actionable way.
  • Builds understanding and trust with others by meeting commitments.
  • Identifies the needs & expectations of others (personal & business) and acts upon them.
Qualifications
