About Mature Caregivers:
Mature Caregivers is a trusted in-home care company that hires experienced, reliable, and compassionate caregivers—many age 50+—to support seniors and adults in need. We help clients live safely and comfortably at home with services ranging from companionship to 24/7 care.

Mature Caregivers is actively seeking Companions to work with our elderly clients. In this role, you will provide social, emotional, and practical support to older adults.

Tasks typically include 1:1 engagement through conversation, participating in activities like games, cards, reading or going for a walk, taking the client out to social engagements or shopping/errands, fixing simple meals or snacks. Companions may also assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping. The role is non-medical with emphasis on helping clients maintain independence and sometimes providing respite to informal caregivers (family, friends, etc.).

The starting pay rate is $22/hour.

• Accompany clients on errands such as grocery shopping, doctor visits, pharmacy trips, and social activities
• Provide safe and reliable transportation assistance
• Offer companionship and conversation to make outings enjoyable and stress-free
• Assist with light tasks during outings, such as carrying groceries or helping with mobility needs
• Ensure clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their day

• A caring, patient, and friendly personality
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to assist clients with walking or light mobility support if needed
• Previous caregiving, customer service, or companion care experience is a plus (but not required)

• Caring, patient, and dependable personality
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred; training provided
• Ability to assist with mobility and personal care needs
• Must meet background check and employment requirements
