About XRHealth

XRHealth is expanding its DME and Virtual Clinic services and is hiring a Patient Enrollment Specialist to convert patient leads into active enrollments. This role is focused on speed, volume, and conversion, working a steady flow of inbound and referred patient leads.

The Role

As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting patient leads, driving enrollments, and closing sign-ups for XRHealth’s DME and virtual clinic offerings. You will manage patients through the enrollment process, including insurance and Medicare verification, and will be measured primarily on lead-to-enrollment conversion and productivity.

This is a full-time position and can be performed On-Site/Hybrid from Needham, MA, or fully remote within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound and referred patient leads into enrolled XRHealth patients
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to patients to drive sign-ups
  • Clearly explain XRHealth’s services, enrollment requirements, and next steps
  • Overcome common objections related to insurance, technology use, or readiness
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, with a strong focus on Medicare
  • Collect and manage required enrollment documentation
  • Move patients efficiently through the enrollment funnel to activation
  • Accurately log all activity, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to remove blockers and accelerate enrollment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, patient enrollment, DME sales, or patient access
  • Proven ability to convert leads and close enrollments
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance and Medicare processes
  • Comfortable working in phone-heavy, metrics-driven environments
  • Strong closing skills and objection-handling ability
  • Experience using a CRM (Hub Spot experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work full-time in an On-Site/Hybrid (Needham, MA) or Remote (U.S.) role
  • Availability to work a 5-day schedule that may include weekends (not limited to Monday–Friday)
What We Offer
  • Base salary plus performance-based commission or incentives
  • Clear performance metrics and growth opportunities
  • Steady flow of qualified patient leads
  • Flexible work setup (on-site, hybrid, or remote)
  • Opportunity to work with innovative, reimbursed healthcare technology
