$23.00/hr - $26.00/hr (Base pay) – exact compensation based on skills and experience.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide respectful, person‑centered care that honors resident preferences.
• Support residents in social programs, activities, and dining.
• Prepare and serve meals while ensuring food safety and dietary requirements.
• Communicate changes in condition promptly to nursing staff and document as required.
• Uphold resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming household environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Massachusetts CNA certification.
• CPR/AED certification (required).
• Two years of CNA experience preferred (especially in long‑term care).
