Position: Healthcare Office Manager - Up to $75k per year

Healthcare Office Manager - Up to $75k per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, patient scheduling, and staff coordination
  • Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and insurance claims
  • Maintain accurate medical records, databases, and credentialing files
  • Support clinicians and leadership on office and patient-related projects
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of phones, scheduling systems, and technology
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of office or healthcare administration experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Background in medical billing, insurance claims, or credentialing
  • Ability to work on-site in Needham, MA
Nice-to-Have

Experience:
  • Prior experience in a medical office management role
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare compliance processes
  • HR support experience (onboarding, staff records, credentialing)
  • Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
