Clinical Nursing Manager - up to $115,000/annually Why This Job Is Awesome:

- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery across assigned households
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct rounds, review documentation, and oversee medication management for accuracy and compliance
- Lead new resident admissions, complete essential assessments, and ensure readiness of households
- Participate actively in QAPI initiatives and continuous quality improvement projects
- Manage incident reports, compliance documentation, and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software
- Excellent communication skills, tactfulness, and professionalism
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to support diverse residents and team members
- Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Skills:
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Training in memory care or specialized geriatric care
- Previous management or supervisory experience in long-term care
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts with an active, unencumbered license
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or long-term care setting
- Prior leadership experience and familiarity with quality assurance programs
- Current CPR certification
