Physical Therapist

We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Needham, Massachusetts. This role offers the chance to help patients regain mobility and independence while working within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Contract Length: 13 weeks (or per facility need)

Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary by facility)

Active Physical Therapist License (Massachusetts)

BLS certification (required)

New graduates accepted; SNF experience highly preferred

Must meet pre-employment credentialing and background screening requirements

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques

Monitor and document patient progress; adjust treatment as needed

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to coordinate care

Educate patients and families on safe mobility and home exercise programs

Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal standards of care

13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility
