Physical Therapist (PT) | Needham, MA

We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Needham, Massachusetts. This role offers the chance to help patients regain mobility and independence while working within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

• Contract Length: 13 weeks (or per facility need)
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time (hours may vary by facility)

• Active Physical Therapist License (Massachusetts)
• BLS certification (required)
• New graduates accepted; SNF experience highly preferred
• Must meet pre-employment credentialing and background screening requirements

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress; adjust treatment as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on safe mobility and home exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal standards of care

• 13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• SNF experience highly preferred, but new grads welcome
