A large consumer products company is seeking an FP&A Manager – Logistics to support supply chain and operational finance. The organization operates a complex global supply chain and offers strong growth opportunities within a large, collaborative FP&A team.

This role partners closely with Logistics and Operations leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis related to supply chain and operational expenses. The position is largely hands‑on with one analyst reporting in and strong exposure to senior leadership.

• Lead logistics budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Partner with logistics and operations teams to improve business performance and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Support strategic initiatives including RFP bid evaluations and network optimization projects
• Develop financial analysis for logistics investment decisions and post-project reviews
• Monitor actual vs. budget performance and provide insights to leadership
• Support S&OP processes and cross-functional financial planning
• Prepare reporting, analysis, and commentary for leadership
• Help strengthen financial processes and controls within the logistics function

• ~5+ years of FP&A experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Experience supporting logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations
• Strong Excel skills (modeling, lookups, analysis)
• Comfortable working hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Systems experience with tools like Power BI or Oracle is a plus
