Your compensation: $25.54/hr plus a bonus!

What you will do:- Match new deals to ensure the contract matches the latest loan structure offer.
- Use underwriting skills and funding knowledge to help grant exceptions.
- Utilize funding resources/underwriting skills to negotiate and access fees for loans that have deviated from the approved underwriting framework.
- Handle escalated funding exception requests in a timely manner.
- Able to give support to the funding team by learning and becoming proficient in all funding duties.
- Perform additional interviews with applicants as part of a follow‑up process in cases where discrepancies are identified during the funding process, warranting further investigation.
- Evaluate funding underwriting review requests updating application information in a timely manner.
- Minimum of 1 year in Funding, Underwriting, or have participated in the career rotation program within the last year.
- Willing to learn and comprehend funding compliance adhering to state by state compliance standards.
