GSE Asset Manager

service all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA Finance loans originated by Walker & Dunlop as well as certain life insurance company, bank, and CMBS loans. Our Servicing experts are the borrower’s primary point of contact and ensure that the requirements of the investors are met from loan closing through payoff. The Department consists of six main functional areas:
Loan Administration, Asset Management, Insurance Compliance, Investor Reporting, Treasury, and Compliance.

W&D’s Servicing portfolio is the 8th largest in the U.S., and W&D is one of Fitch’s highest-rated Servicers, with a rating of CPS1-.This position is a key member of the GSE Asset Management team, responsible for the management of an assigned portfolio of assets, overseeing performance and devising recommendations to Company management on each asset as needed.

** 3+ years of experience in Asset Management required. Ability to travel independently/operate a motor vehicle for property inspections.

** This position has an estimated base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 plus discretionary bonus. An employment offer is based on the applicant’s relevant work experience, applicable knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
