Goldfish Swim School is hiring Sales & Service Associates to support our mission of teaching life‑saving water safety skills while delivering a GOLDEN experience for families. This role is ideal for friendly, organized, and reliable candidates who enjoy working with people and are seeking opportunities to grow within a mission‑driven team.

Job Type: Part‑Time

Pay: $17 – $19 per hour

Hours

Required:

Minimum of 2 shifts/week (average shift length: 5 hrs/day)

• Greet and assist families in person, over the phone, and via email/text
• Educate families on Goldfish programs, scheduling, and enrollment options
• Complete registration, billing tasks, and daily reports accurately
• Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and support daily facility operations
• Collaborate with pool deck team to ensure a smooth swimming experience

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong communication, organization, customer service skills and reliability
• Must be comfortable working with computers and web‑based systems
• Able to learn new technology quickly and navigate Google Workspace platforms
• Sales, customer service, childcare or hospitality experience preferred
• Swim Instructor training and Lifeguard certification
  required as part of the role

• Paid training provided
• Lifeguard certification is required while employed
