Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal
Pay: $24–$40 per hour + performance bonuses depending on experience and qualifications
Do you like flying drones or cleaning things until they look brand new? Do you enjoy working outdoors, using technology, and seeing immediate results from your work?
We are hiring a Drone Pilot / Exterior Cleaning Technician to operate specialized cleaning drones used for power washing and window washing residential and commercial buildings.
No ladder work — our drones handle the high areas.
Drone experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate on our drone cleaning systems.
What You'll Do- Operate commercial cleaning drones for power washing and window cleaning
- Perform pre-flight inspections and flight planning
- Maintain safe drone flight around buildings and structures
- Operate integrated cleaning systems attached to the drone platform
- Monitor drone performance, batteries, and equipment during operations
- Follow FAA Part 107 rules and company safety procedures
- Perform basic drone maintenance and equipment care
- Document flights and completed jobs
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable, dependable, and safety focused
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Drone photography or videography
- Drone inspections or mapping
- Exterior cleaning, window cleaning, or power washing
- Construction or building maintenance experience
- Mechanical or technical aptitude
Most drone jobs involve photography or inspections. In this role, you'll actively operate specialized drones that power wash and clean buildings, delivering visible results every day. It’s one of the most hands‑on commercial drone jobs available.
