Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Operations Manager

Skilled Trades Partners is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a respected commercial construction contractor based in Needham, MA
. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and lead projects from preconstruction through completion.

The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Construction and serve as a key liaison between the construction team and the client, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop project-specific goals, schedules, budgets, and detailed assumptions upon project award

• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain all project documentation

• Build and manage detailed project budgets from estimating turnover through completion

• Issue contracts and purchase orders

• Serve as the primary senior-level contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead the design implementation process (conceptual through construction documentation and sign-off)

• Develop and maintain project schedules

• Attend and lead project meetings with internal teams and key stakeholders

• Track project performance against budget and schedule

• Identify and proactively address potential risks and liabilities

• Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers

• Coordinate with the Estimating team during preconstruction as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, or related field

• 5+ years of practical experience in the AEC industry

• Proficiency in Procore required

• Strong understanding of construction methods, commercial building codes, scheduling, and cost control

• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player

• Ability to navigate active construction sites, including stairs and ladders

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Authorized to work in the United States
