This full-time intern position will support Project Management at Needham Bank. The Project Management Intern will be involved in the project management process in executing the Bank's strategic vision. They will work closely with project team leads from different business lines of the Bank to implement new products and services or streamline operations.

• Participate in all aspects of the project management process including preparing kick‑off documents, setting meetings with team leaders and project teams, monitoring project plans and providing project status updates
• Participate in all project meetings within the Bank and act as liaison between the project management office and project leads
• Meet with key department leaders on strategic initiatives to develop project milestones and tasks
• Be involved in the creation of business justifications and preparing presentations for the project management office
• Help with the creation of project budgets and ensure project timelines are followed
• Assist project work stream leaders with managing project documentation
• Assist with project issue tracking and resolution
• Work with key vendors on project calls and on the delivery of products and solutions
• Participate in post‑implementation meetings and reviews with project teams
• Lead a project quality control initiative by working closely with Project Managers to confirm all necessary project details and requirements are clearly captured for completed projects
• Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned

• Pursuit of bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Project Management or related field
• Entry level knowledge of business environment
• Interest in Banking preferred
