- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager and team to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
- Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC will be met.
- Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
- Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
- Evaluate and implement cost controls.
- Monitor people charts and production planning and make necessary adjustments.
- Create and monitor schedule and manage new team members onboarding process.
- Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
- Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions.
- Available to work all shifts: open, close, weekends and holidays.
