Een zorgorganisatie in Nederland zoekt een Cliëntondersteuner niveau 1 voor het Lang Leve Thuis team, met 16-24 uur per week. Je ondersteunt cliënten bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten en bevordert hun zelfstandigheid in hun eigen leefomgeving. Deze rol biedt mogelijkheden voor opleidingen en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Kennis en ervaring in de zorg zijn een pré. Een mavo diploma of niveau 1 diploma is vereist.
Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw sociale vaardigheden en integriteit belangrijk zijn.
