The Production and Development Engineer is responsible for optimizing Smart-Ship's products and production processes in terms of assembly time, quality, scalability, and production costs. This is achieved through 3D CAD design, prototyping, PCB design, setting up test setups, developing testing processes, documentation, and inventory management. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, this role contributes to improving our products and processes to provide our customers with the best experience.

• Product development through CAD and PCB design
• Develop and build test rigs (hardware and software through Python).
• Setup electronics and PLC's for test rigs.
• Assembly of the products, developing manuals and processes to assemble the products.
