About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Manager (Rev Ops) to lead our revenue performance framework and support predictable, scalable growth. The role focuses on targets, forecasting, commercial performance management, and enabling strong execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You will collaborate closely with leadership and commercial teams, while partnering with our Data Analyst team for deep analytical needs. You will also work with Sales Operations to ensure our CRM and commercial processes effectively support the revenue engine.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue, Targeting & Forecasting
- Build and manage revenue targets, Bonus, and forecasting models.
- Partner with Top Management and Sales Leadership to deliver accurate, timely forecasts and challenge performance.
- Monitor attainment, pipeline health, and key revenue KPIs to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Lead the performance rhythm across commercial teams through weekly/monthly reviews.
- Define and maintain KPI frameworks that drive accountability and execution.
- Translate performance insights into clear actions for Sales and CS leaders.
- Identify operational gaps and help streamline processes across the revenue funnel.
- Use SQL and dashboards to self‑serve insights when needed and create insights for operational performance.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts for deeper modeling, reporting, and data governance.
- Ensure commercial needs are clearly translated into data requirements.
- Work closely with Sales Ops to ensure CRM structures, workflows, and processes support revenue performance.
- Understand Hub Spot pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and deal management to help optimize commercial execution.
- Provide input on CRM improvements based on performance insights and operational needs.
- 5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or a similar senior operational role.
- Strong experience in forecasting, target modeling, and performance management.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (ideally Power BI).
- Good understanding of CRM processes (ideally Hub Spot) and commercial workflows.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Experience in tech or a high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with GTM planning and revenue strategy.
- Power BI experience
- A gross salary between €4,000 and €6,000 based on a full-time contract;
- 25 vacation days, 6.5 ADV days and 1 additional holiday per calendar year based on a full-time contract;
