Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouse and customers
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against delivery documentation
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts where licensed
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and report hazards
• Assist in route planning and delivery scheduling where required
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
• Support returns processing and reverse logistics procedures
• Work collaboratively with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams
