Overview
Line Service Professional- 3rd Shift at Million Air. This position involves outdoor work in a fast-paced aviation services environment, providing elite customer service to crew and passengers on the ground by fueling and positioning aircraft, assisting with luggage, and communicating with customer service representatives on the radio.
Million Air services private aircraft as well as military and commercial aircraft, and strives to be the premier aviation service provider worldwide.
Responsibilities- Greet passengers and crew members upon arrival
- Coordinate with coworkers, clients and vendors to provide ground services for general aviation aircraft, such as fueling, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, delivering catering
- Marshalling, towing and positioning aircraft on the ramp and in hangars
- Fuel movement—quality control, disposal, and paperwork
- Daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles
- Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations
- Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers
- Monthly crew meetings
- Annual re-current training
- Customer service experience in the service industry preferred
- Prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus
- High School Diploma
- Entry level position
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable driving record; able to pass a background check
- Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening
- Bi-lingual preferred
This position works outside in all types of weather conditions and involves direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft. This role may be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
Physical Demands- Must be able to lift 75 pounds

- Position may require bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, gripping, and climbing a ladder
This is a non-exempt position with shift work requiring evenings and weekends, and scheduled company holidays.
Education, Experience, and Eligibility- Customer service experience in the service industry preferred
- Prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus
- High School Diploma
