We are seeking two (2) highly skilled and experienced Technical Leads to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time, senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of software development principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our software applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to our development processes.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, helping them to grow their technical skills and advance their careers.

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and technical expertise.
• Extensive experience in software development, with proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
