Location: Fairbury
Blue Valley Community Action Partnership is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Advocate to join our Jefferson County Head Start / Early Head Start program in Fairbury, NE. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families in our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Conduct home visits
- Coordinate family engagement strategies and activities to achieve family and child goals.
- Recruit children and families for ongoing full enrollment.
- Monitor outcomes, make referrals, serve as an advocate for families
- Collaborate with community partners
- Must be willing to obtain required Home Visitor credential.
- Must be willing to submit to required background checks with no adverse findings
- Have acquired a high school diploma or GED
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Obtain CPR and First Aide Certification
- General Computer Skills
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 403 (b) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, Basic Life & AD&D, Voluntary Life, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Accident/Cancer/Hospital Confinement Indemnity Plans, Employee Assistance Program.
- We offer a full time work week of 36 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
