Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Provides general assistance in the maintenance of Tang Plaza, Orchard
- Carries out routine inspection and servicing of Tang Plaza’s mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities
- Provide technical assistance
- Check and identify building defects
- Response in any form of emergency breakdown
- Ordering spare parts, lightings and paints from suppliers
- Ensure and check inventory is sufficient and up to date
- Coordinate and assist supervisor in A&A works
- Submit and report job status or defects to supervisor
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors
- Coordinate and liaise with the technicians from different subsidiary proprietors
- Perform and complete tasks given by supervisor
