- To assist in the enforcement of Tang Plaza, MCST 1673 security procedures, responds to and reports security and safety incidents that occur on premises.
- Protect the property from wilful damage. Conduct patrols and static duties to deter and detect any wilful acts to cause damage to the property.
- Conduct enforcement duties and checks.
- Carry out enforcement duties against traffic violators. Regulate and control both pedestrians and vehicular traffic flow within the premises.
- Enforce the safety and house rules of the property.
- Conduct crowd control.
- Safeguard the safety of contractors/visitors/customers in the property.
- Report any building defects when chance upon.
- Any other duties undertaken by the Security Department.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level or Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
- With valid Security License and Recognized Terrorist Threats Training certificate (RTT).
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
