Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to walk-in customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, including after-sales support.
• Suggest product purchases through cross‑selling and up‑selling to meet customer needs.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Monitor and replenish stock and inventory levels.
• Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback as necessary.
• Ensure products are displayed according to guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in ad‑hoc duties or events as required.
• Comply with company policies, code of conduct, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
• Willingness to commit to retail hours, which may include weekends and public holidays.
