Sales Admin Support; Retail ; Orchard

Responsibilities

• Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
• Generate Sales Orders upon completion of sales originating from call centers, online orders, dealer channel sales or any other sales channel
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Arrange and update appointments for walk-in commercial customers, dealer sales channels and liaise with the internal stakeholders team
• Maintain adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues
• Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
• Other showroom related duties assigned by supervisor
