We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at VUGGE PTE.LTD'. This full‑time role is based in the Orchard Central Region and will play a key part in supporting our sales initiatives and driving customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing- Providing excellent customer service and support to both new and existing clients
- Assisting with the sales process, including lead generation, follow‑ups, and closing deals
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the local market
- Providing admin support to the sales team as needed
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales‑related tools
- A driven and self‑motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of the local market and the ability to identify sales opportunities

Salary & Benefits- Basic salary: $1,800 – $2,000 (depending on experience)
- Additional sales commission
- 4 days off per month
