Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across wellness programmes, memberships, and organic retail products.
Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, retail, and individual client segments.
Manage and expand an assigned portfolio of key accounts and strategic partners.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support sales strategies and business planning.
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, renewals, and contract negotiations to maximise retention.
Address client feedback and service issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM systems.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and contribute to management reviews.
Work closely with internal teams (operations and marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Marketing & Brand Development SupportSupport marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Conduct basic competitor research and identify opportunities to enhance product visibility.
Represent the organisation at industry events, wellness exhibitions, and networking sessions when required.
Assist with content and outreach initiatives related to wellness and healthy living.
Requirements & QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Nutrition, Wellness Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant sales experience within the wellness, organic food, health, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
Proven experience in selling premium lifestyle, health, or sustainable products and services is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with corporate clients and luxury brand partners.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
Passion for wellness, lifestyle, and luxury brands is a plus.
Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment.
