Customer & Industry Engagement
- Participate in aerospace trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to represent the company and identify potential leads.
- Manage and grow relationships with aerospace customers by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Support the Group’s marketing and business development activities to strengthen market positioning within the aerospace sector.
- Handle customer quotations, proposals, and program management tasks, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and timely delivery.
- Understand customer needs, applications, and project requirements to provide tailored solutions and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and project milestones; provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
