Sales Engineer, NAS Product Line Specialist

• Provide technical leadership and direction to customers and prospects in the development and positioning of Rubrik’s NAS Cloud Direct product.
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor and public cloud subject‑matter expert when positioning Rubrik’s NAS Cloud capabilities to key accounts.
• Lead technical sales calls, gather and analyze customer feedback, and identify trends.
• Qualify sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements, competition, decision‑making process, and funding.
• Maintain a consistent cadence with product management to ensure product roadmap alignment with customer demands.
• Assist with the development of marketing and sales collateral to ensure alignment with customer needs and technical accuracy.
• Aid in the development and delivery of technical enablement to Rubrik, channel, and alliance partner sales architects.
• Cross‑functionally drive the adoption of Rubrik’s cloud native protection technologies throughout Rubrik and the public cloud ecosystem.

• 5+ years of sales engineering experience in an unstructured data environment with a proven track record of success.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, private cloud infrastructure, and/or security solutions is a plus.
• Driven, highly energetic, hands‑on, “can do” approach.
• Fundamental breadth of technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
• Entrepreneurial, willing to go the extra mile, strong work ethic, resourceful, “get it done” attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow‑up in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of business acumen and experience working with C‑x1 level personnel, bringing technology solutions to solve business challenges.
• Smart, adaptable and open‑minded.

• Base salary range: $129,100—$206,300 USD (location based).
• Eligible for commissions pursuant to Rubrik’s written Incentive Compensation Plan.
• Eligible for equity and benefits.
