H&M - - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store to actively sell products.;
Promote and sell products, and actively promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.;
Stay up to date with fashion trends and share relevant information with customers.;
Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, and maintain merchandising and cleanliness.;
Operate fitting room and checkout areas and ensure stock replenishment and store presentation.
