Brand Marketing

• Maintain and ensure consistency in brand positioning and marketing strategy across the entire retailer network.
• Foster strong cross-department collaboration to ensure alignment of all marketing initiatives and activities.

• Develop and execute regional events in close partnership with retail partners, with emphasis on in-store experiences and exclusive client presentations.
• Plan and implement the annual events calendar, conceptualising initiatives in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Support the execution of PR, institutional, and boutique opening events.
• Provide visual merchandising support for in-store activations and events.
• Lead regional boutique initiatives to enhance and optimise the customer journey.
• Collaborate with retail partners to elevate the overall in-store client experience.
• Design and implement a distinctive regional client engagement strategy, working closely with retail partners’ CRM teams to optimise client gifting and long-term client development.
• Manage inventory and invoicing processes, including distribution of gifts and publications across the retailer network.
• Monitor luxury market trends related to events and client experience, as well as competitor activities.
• Prepare comprehensive post-event reports and analyses.
• Provide social media support for boutiques.
• Oversee administrative and logistical coordination of marketing and visual merchandising assets.
